PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    Is there antrhing else i can do im just so sad this is happening is it possible it is a bad psu i changed it a while ago but maybe its shot

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Windows technical expert. I'll be happy to help you out today.

    Did you disable your page file? Too many gaming enthusiast do this thinking it will increase performance. It has a negligible affect and, as a by product, it prevents the writing of dump files since the pagefile is where the contents of memory need to be dumped at bugcheck. If you did disable it, you will need to turn it back on. Page file must be at least the installed size of of memory. In your case, that would be at least 16,384 MBs + 2MBs for overhead or just leave it up to system to manage.

    Otherwise, if your page file has not been disabled, check your dump settings so they match the attached image.

    Either way, can you provide your event logs? Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > right-click Applications and System logs respectively > Save events as...

    Also include system information by running msinfo32.exe > File > Save.
