PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    Okay tried thay method and the pc shutted down and restarted again like usual

    Hi,

    As to the next step in solving your issue, I would suggest you follow the below.

    Fix #1:

    Step 1:

    Go to Search box next to Windows icon and type View Advanced System Settings

    Step 2:

    Under System Properties windows click on Advanced

    Step 3:

    Click on Settings under Performance

    Step 4:

    Then under Performance Options window select the option "Adjust for best Performance"

    Step 5:

    Next, click on Advanced under Performance Options window and make sure Programs are selected for option adjust for best performance.

    Step 6:

    Click on Apply and then click OK to close the Performance Options window

    Step 7:

    Then click Apply and OK on the system properties to close the window.

    Step 8:

    Restart Computer and verify

    The pc still shut off i ran multiple stress test on the cpu and gpu and ram and didnt get a thing

    Hi,

    As to the next step in solving your issue, I would suggest you apply the below fixes one by one.

    Fix # 1:

    Step 1:

    Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

    Step 2:

    Right-click on Command prompt and then select Run As Administrator

    Step 3:

    Type sfc /scannow & press enter

    Step 4:

    After the above completes then type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & press enter

    Step 5:

    Restart PC after the above.

    Fix #2

    Step 1:

    Go to Search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

    Step 2:

    Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

    Step 3:

    Type Powercfg /h off & press enter

    Step 4:

    Then type chkdsk C: /F

    Type y to accept scan after the restart.

    Step 5:

    Shutdown your PC "not restart"

    Step 6:

    Turn PC back on

    Let chkdsk check for errors, and the system will reboot.

    Fix #3:

    Step 1:

    Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Defragment and Optimize Drive

    Step 2:

    Select the Windows installed drive and click on Optimize

    Step 3:

    Once the above completes Restart PC and verify the issue.

    Let me know the status after performing the above.
