PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    Okay i will try it but if thay doesnt fix if what else can i do?

    Hi,

    In that case, I would suggest you follow the below steps to fix the issue.

    Fix #1

    Step 1:

    Go to search box next to windows icon and type "Power & sleep settings"

    Step 2:

    Click on "Choose what the power buttons do" option

    Step 3:

    Now click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable".

    Step 4:

    Disable Turn off fast startup (recommended), Sleep, and Hibernate options. Click on the Save changes button.

    Fix #2:

    Step 1:

    Go to search box next to windows icon and type "Edit Power plan"

    Step 2:

    Click on Change Advanced Power Settings

    Step 3:

    Expand Sleep & then expand Sleep after set the value to 0 (Zero) or Never.

    Step 4:

    Click Apply and then press OK.

    Step 5:

    Click Save Changes if appears & then Restart PC

    Let me know the status after performing the above & if in case the above didn't solve the issue will provide you with further steps to fix the same.

    Hi,

    If processors power management is set to lower than 100% then your processor's performance is limited and as per your description your facing issue when the game application which requires more processing and RAM so I'm suggesting to increase processors power management setting to 100%.

    If you don't find this option desktop PC then I would suggest you do a clean boot by following the steps below and see if the crash happens in the clean boot as well or not.

    Fix#1 Clean boot Windows 10

    Right-click the Start button.

    Click Search.

    Type msconfig and hit Enter on your keyboard.

    Click Services.

    Click the checkbox next to Hide all Microsoft services.

    Click Disable all.

    Click Startup.

    Click Open Task Manager.

    Click any startup program you suspect might be interfering.

    Click Disable. Repeat steps 9 and 10 for all startup programs.

    Click the X to close Task Manager.

    Click OK in the System Configuration window.

    Restart your PC.

    Let me know the status after performing the above.
