PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    In that case, follow the below to see if it fixes the issue.

    Fix #1:

    Step 1:

    Go to Search box next to Windows icon and type View Advanced System Settings

    Step 2:

    Under System Properties windows click on Advanced

    Step 3:

    Click on Settings under Performance

    Step 4:

    Then under Performance Options click on Advanced tab

    Step 5:

    Click on Change under Virtual Memory

    Step 6:

    Uncheck the box for the Automatically manage page file size for all drives

    Step 7:

    Then select the system managed drive C

    Step 8:

    Next select custom size

    Step 9:

    Type the Initial Value in MB as 1.5 times more than the RAM size installed on your system

    Step 10:

    Type the Maximum Value in MB as 3 times more than the RAM size installed on your system

    Step 11:

    Click the Set button.

    Step 12:

    Click the OK button.

    Step 13:

    Click the OK button again.

    Step 14

    Restart your device.

    Let me know the status after performing the above.

    Hi,

    I understand the above solutions didn't work so I would suggest you follow the below.

    Step 1:

    On the login screen click on Power icon on the right corner

    Step 2:

    Press Shift Key and press hold and then click Restart (This will restart the system in recovery mode)

    Step 3:

    In the recovery bluescreen options you’ll need to click (or tap) the Troubleshoot option

    Step 4:

    Then click on Refresh your PC (Selecting this option keeps data and Windows default programs safe but the programs which you have downloaded and installed or from CD/DVD needs to be re-installed)

    Let me know the status after performing the above.
