PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    Okay i see but this helps alot with it more clearly being hardware and not software related it helps alot but I am getting my current one swapped and i am going to test it and see how it goes if they give me a new one with the same wattage or one with a higher wattage but this helps a lot

    From an engineering perspective, a general rule of thumb is 80% of maximum threshold. For 750 watts, your load should not exceed 600 watts for extended use: ( (0.8 x 750) - 750). But this is arbitrary - higher-end PSU may be well withing spec at heavier load. I am not necessarily telling you what to buy, but that your issue may be due to PSU. That does not mean you are not having a different hardware issue. It is difficult to determine that in absence of actual performance data. As i mentioned, try testing load using any number of bench mark programs.

    Well with what you know what psu would you reccomend if 750 isnt enough cause the calulator says 450 which doesnt make sense so what psu do you think is good in wattage
