PC Keeps Crashing when under heavy load

When I use my Pc and run demanding power games after a while or at random times my pc shuts down abruptly with no warning. I've reinstalled windows multiple times moved to another hard drive. Switched Power Supply's, Ram, Motherboard and gpus. I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

CPU:Intel-I5-9400f 2.4ghrz 

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX Ventus XS OC EDITION 2060 RTX

RAM: HYPERX 2666 HRTZ FURY 16GB

PSU:CORSSAIR CX 750M

Please someone help me it has to do with something with windows at this point I've done everything I could think off!!

    You can try something like AIDA64 Extreme. It will run various benchmarks to simulate load. You can also use this online load calculator: https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

    Well yesterday when i was testing it i never saw it go over 60 degrees celcius for the cpu and my gpu sits in the 70s range which is normal for it. And the aircooling is good. So you say my psu is not suffient what type of wattage should i be looking at cause i have the chance today to test one and is 750 watts not enough for my componets

    i parsed through your system logs and I do not see any bugchecks being reported so it is not likely a system halt-bugcheck. Whatever is failing, would have to be at a more basic level than system drivers or even microcode as interruption is so abrupt that the OS cant go through the normal routines of BugCheck initialization.

    You mentioned this only happens under load so my guess would be a component overheat like Video card, CPU. What are you temps like? Once you start getting into the 70c range you are in the upper range where instability becomes an issue. If you are overclockng, dial back to stock settings.

    Additionally, make sure the device is getting adequate cooling, is not in an enclosed space like a desk cabinet. Also keep in mind that cold air sinks and hot air rises so your exhaust fans should be at the rear of the system and above the major components.

    Otherwise, your PSU output is not sufficient. 750 watts may seem like enough, but keep in mind that the upper number is the max output, not necessarily consistent sustainable output.

    Yes i belive the minium is 800mbs and the maximum is 48,000 mbs

    Your system info indicates your paging files is only 800MBs. Can you confirm what settings you are using?
