Hi,
I have been struggling with getting MSFS 2020 to install!
Pre-Purchased the Premium Deluxe Edition and i have a Windows 10 PC - and so far all attempts have failed at some point over the last 12 hours of trying.
First question - what is the order of installation that should be performed from the Microsoft Store across the items that are listed there in two parts:
2.1 "Microsoft Flight Simulator"
2.2 "Flight Simulator Deluxe Upgrade"
2.3 "Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe Upgrade"
2.4 "Digital Ownership"
Is there a particular order or hierarchy that these need to be installed?
i.e. do each of the sub-parts of point 2 above need to be installed individually and prior to the first part (i.e. point 1), or does installing the first (Managed) install all the others?
So far the downloads have been erratic, and i installed the first part and then launched it, it started up and then froze, and then crashed on restart. When trying to install the sub-parts, the computer just site there with "working" displayed on the sub-part line.
This is really frustrating!
Anyone able to provide some guidance or point to a set of instructions on how to get MSFS2020 installed?
thanks!

Hey there, KenS1129
Which version of the game are you trying to download?
Regards,
Thanks have done. I don't think it is a download speed issue. The content manager is just cycling at 'downloading asobo-aircraft-b787-10-0.1.35.sfspackage' continually without downloading anything. The percentage goes up to different amounts and then resets to zero.
When I loaded up the program I found that it had loaded up the Dreamliner so I suppose it did load up the premium deluxe version after all - however, I'm not convinced because it only used up approx 95 Gig
These automatic responses really make me a little sad because it never solves the problem.
I really hated the choice to download the game, why didn't you use the store: you need to keep the game open..consuming a feature of the machine for which only one download from the store would be ideal, and the download is extremely slow and crashing..and having to restart the game, again so ... it looks like Microsoft sold the game and only supports production with a client and the name in the game ..
PAST CHOICE.,. WERE NOT HAPPY AND I WASN'T AT THIS TIME AFTER THE MACHINE IS 24H ON AND DOES NOT DOWNLOAD HALF THE GAME, I AM GIVEN TO INSTALL ..
