I wish u stop cooying and pasing non of this issues helped i had to do a clesn instsll of windows tk get the patch to finally download so no nothing u did helped resolved the mstter.

I have experienced something similar a few months ago. because Windows Update and Microsoft Store Stuck at 0% downloading. I tried the commands Dism / Online / StartComponentCleanup and sfc / scannow to no avail. download Tweaking Repair AIO Also the same. to no avail. finally I Clean Install via USB stick. and successfully Fix Windows Update and Microsoft Store issues in Windows 10.
