Hi. if you can enter Windows at least on the Lock screen. hover over the "Power" button in the lower right corner of your screen. press the "Power" button, there will be a popup then press and hold the "SHIFT" + Restart Simultaneously to enter the Advanced Startup Options.

Don't be daft. I just love knowing there are people out there who want to help each other out. While it sounds childish and a lot mushier than I am, adults could use this too right now. Mister Rogers: “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers . You will always find people who are helping".

Thanks WynnDoze. Did exactly that (twice now). Thinking i should get a new tower! Unable.to get.email.but after job interview this morning will be seeking help from my internet provider to get email.bavk.up and running.... hopefully! Thanks again!
