hello can someone help me after the latest windows update it messed with everything and now if i were to do something simple like change my background it says i need to activate windows is there a way to fix this?

Hello Everyone. I have one issue with my windows 10 update for cumulative update for windows 10 version 2004 for x64 based systems (KB4571756). Every I want to install it, it cannot be installed properly. I don't know why even when it's finish until 100% it's say's "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later.
