Yes Thanks Alot Microsoft You Pushed This Update When I Had Automatic Updates Off And Now All My Files Are Gone Because Of This Update Please Help Me IDK if i can get my files back but im really **** pissed because ive lost everything ive been working on

Two Windows 10 Users. One uses a Russian made antivirus program. One does not. The one that DOES cannot install the Security Updates. The one that does NOT could and did with no issues. The one that DOES says "Thanks for no help at all." They are welcome. LOL. I uninstalled the AV and the problem is *exactly* the same. It's not kaspersky, which everyone rates as the best AV out there. You know nothing Cassandra. Please do not post again in this or any other thread as you seem to mistake luck for acuity.

Hi Wynndoze I've done my system restore and it has worked. Sorry, would have done it earlier, but I was watching F1 free practice and doing other stuff on the PC and you need around 90 minutes to do the restore (times will vary according to your PC and what you have installed I imagine). Everything is now working fine for me and all updates are installed. I used the USB option and apart from having to reboot a couple of times it was all hands off. I would suggest anyone who has an issue should try this method. For anyone who hasn't followed tyhis conversation and can't be bothered to look, I'll re-post the link to what you have to do: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4000735/windows-10-reinstall
