Hi, anyone having windows 10 crashing after KB4571756 update? im facing windows 10 (KB4571756) blue screen error (code SPUVCbv x64.sys) mainly when ever i join Microsoft Teams meeting and Webex Meeting.. i never had this before.. even i have installed fresh window 10 from cloud installation method and have same problem. is there any fix? this impacts on my office work. plz help me out. I have the same problems and it is driving me crazy!! How can I get my photos., etc, back? Wish I had an EASY answer for you John. BACK UP- BACK UP -BACK UP Let us know if this helps. I had another thought that I tried myself. In the search bar, type in jpeg or whatever extension you use to save photos. When several photos show up in the list: TO the RIGHT OF THAT it should say OPEN FILE LOCATION. Click on that and see if it shows where your photos may have been moved to! Let us know.

Hey Wynn, change only the ones you know are affecting the programs that aren’t working. D'OH - I did not keep track of the 3 items I changed from disabled to automatic! The way I figure it.... MS will change it anyway at their own volition. Not much I can do about it now. Well with only one hiccup, you're on a good run to fixing things. I have no idea what MS shadow files are and I won't even ask! I'll have to keep things as simple as I can for myself, but MS is making it hard for me to do that in trying to fix this mess. I wonder how many man hours people have spent in trying to fix things? More than the MS "brains" put into rolling out this new piece of garbage update I bet! Keep at it. Good Luck! My Antivirus said that this update had a Trojan in it so it is in Quarantine

Hey Wynn, change only the ones you know are affecting the programs that aren’t working. I fixed my network adapters and realtec audio card and some others. Definately keep track of what you are changing and if you don’t know what it does. Leave it. Also switched the Microsoft Shadow files back on that then ungreyed out my System Restore dates. Had great hopes on that one but it hicupped on 1 flie and said it could not complete. Bummer, I was on a run.

Hi,
