Error message 0x8007005 means Error Access Denied. try to open at this link here for solving the problem by the Neosmart site All the computers are in domain and nothing is change on security in GPO.

Sorry. I cannot help in more detail. Because I really don't need it. because I always check regularly for updates in Windows Update and Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Built in Windows 10 Applications via the Microsoft Store and Desktop Applications. (If an update is available).

WOW you certainly spent a lot of time gathering this information for me. I'm so appreciative of that. You too AnisaRizki. It will take me some time to try to figure all this out, if ever. I'm running windows 10 HOME Edition. I think it would be easier for me to decipher the Dead Sea Scrolls.

I cannot get to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AUas I do not show WindowsUpdate. I just took screen shot again And this is what it shows:  Perhaps I'm missing something.  No clue what "Check to see if the network administrator or system administrator are 
using Group Policies. Or the Windows Updates services is disabled. Or 
the Windows 10 updates is turn off means.  I think I'm a lost cause here.  Wish I could get someone to remotely access my computer to fix this stuff.  There are lots of links you provided and I'll look through those later or tomorrow. I quickly looked at a few,but don't think it will help me much as it's way over my head. I'm going to print out your instructions above but without the WindowsUpdate not sure it will help. Thank you again for all your timeand patience.
