Hi :) I also have Windows 10 Home 64 bit, version 2004, OS build 19041.50 - I even tried to reset this laptop to no avail - It went through the motions and then said something failed in the memory...? It wouldnt even let me do a factory reset. You spend the money - MS asks for MORE money - and then sends "UPDATES" that BREAK our computers. DOES anyone from Microsoft EVEN READ THESE POSTS!!!!?

I got this update on September 8th. Since the update, I have been unable to play the games that I recently purchased in the way they're meant to be played. I purchased a brand new gaming Laptop for University/AutoCAD, and also downloaded Witcher 3. I was able to play 6 hours of Witcher 3 at max graphics with no issues, but after the update my frames per second dropped to ~5 fps. I downloaded Counter strike GO to see if it would work (its an older game) and it will only run at 10 fps on a brand new gaming laptop (plugged into wall). I have not begun to use AutoCAD at school yet, but it would be a major issue if it was affected. I have tried a few different solutions, but I am convinced that the problem is related to this update, as my issues arose immediately after the update was installed. The quoted updates are not the rubbish Windows advised for my system. They downloaded and installed KB4576754 for Edge, KB4569751 for NET framework and KB4565351 Cumulative. They all installed but as usual Windows could not log me into my account so the Cumulative one had to be uninstalled yet again so my system would work. Does anyone know of a way to legally prevent Microsoft to forcing these malware like updates onto my system. I am aware I can pause this rubbish for 5 weeks but then I have to go through the stress of allowing it to install and hope I can uninstall it when Microsoft, the biggest system manufacturer in the word proves incapable of logging me into my own account despite having the correct details. Amazing that they can accept the exact same details and allow me to log into all other things Microsoft or Windows. hitbit

After update KB4574727 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, build 1909 my windows explorer is hanging, it takes 5 minutes after reboot to recover and I can click start button or anything else with my mouse. Uninstallation of update KB4574727 does not work with error: "An error has occurred, not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled." Event viewer throws an error: "MMC cannot open the file C:\Windows\system32\eventvwr.msc". Same for computer management. Any known workaround to get into correct state?
