Why the button is not working, I do not know.

I just tried using my Invoke again for the first time in a while, and I can't pair via Bluetooth in order to play music from my phone. If I say "Hey Cortana, pair Bluetooth," it responds and says it is entering pairing mode, but my phone doesn't detect it. When I try pressing the bluetooth button on the speaker, nothing happens... the speaker does not enter pairing mode as expected.
I did not have this problem the last time I used it (probably 2-3 months ago).
I tried doing a full factory reset and setup, and it still does the same thing. The speaker seems to be working fine otherwise... I can issue other Cortana voice commands (i.e. whats the weather, play radio station) and it responds properly.
The speaker has the latest FW:
2.0.4.067aa17.vs-ssh-main
Barracuda_libre-11.1842.0

2021-01-20T20:33:26+00:00 I tried to setup my Invokes and it works with either of following: Android phone, iPhone (with OS other than 14.2) and earlier version of Windows like 1903. Have you tried it?

2021-01-20T22:12:54+00:00 We didn't have any of those options available to us. After several email discussions with Harman Kardon support we were able to get it setup by deleting the profile on 2 devices and starting fresh. One of the devices was a Windows Phone 10 and the other was a Windows 10 Surface Pro. We got the setup to work using the Surface Pro once the profiles had been deleted.

2021-03-11T17:44:20+00:00 I have the same problem, maybe. The firmware update was installed to disable Cortana. All the lights work as described in the workaround. But when I put the Invoke in BT discovery mode (three white lights spinning and tone) my ASUS Android Phone, nor my Surface Go2 can see the device. It's not broadcasting. The shutdown was bad enough. Now I have a doorstop. Can't they get anything right.

2021-03-11T18:07:08+00:00 Yes, this appears to be permanently broken. I got the firmware updated, but the device kept disconnecting. I donated my doorstop to goodwill and now use an echo dot.
