what does error code: 0x8019019a mean

I am confused, it is the Windows Mail app that I cannot fix Yahoo & now Google account apps, after re-entering password, and even changing to new passwords. The other accounts are fine & hopefully will stay that way, although I am getting paronoid now. I have reinstalled Office Home and Student 2019, but does not change anything. I've tried to restore the Outlook app to the beginning, but unable, and not sure as informed to check the file history. This app specific password, I've not had before, and unless I am able to in Outlook, how am I going to be able to fix the accounts in the Windows Mail app? Anthony

Yahoo is the same as Google in that you’ll need an app specific password.

I suggest using the Windows Mail app rather than Outlook.com.

You should be able to reinstall Office using the key within your account.

Microsoft is abusing me with all these code error questions. Emails all day every day. Please stop

What does this mean from ascfg? I am getting promt emails all the time from yahoo and now google to fix my accounts, which are getting on my nerves when they will not allow me to. Am I to be concerned of abuse or trouble? I mean how could I stop it anyway? Anthony

Yes, it looks just like that. The Home and Office Student I had to install myself on subscriptions, although I paid PC World to do the set up. I do have the subscription in my Microsoft account still. Would I be able to re-install it?, to solve the problem, although I know it was not straight forward the first time. 

I have another problem now, there is a problem with my Google account asking me to fix. I've changed the password, got the 2-step verification set up, then after each fix, asking me to do it again and again, like my Yahoo account. Anthony
