Do you have a ‘File’ tab? If so click on this & choose account settings.
If not then please provide a screenshot of what you see.

It seems that version does not contain Outlook email client.
Are you referring to Outlook.com which is webmail?

2020-10-15T16:36:03+00:00 I've got absolutely no tabs to use as you I do on excel or word. I can't check on any menu to bring down, and I have tried in settings to see, but nothing. I am on version Windows 10. I hope we can work it out, as the Outlook app always appears to be not user friendly.Anthony.

Check under Menus for the ‘Tools’ option.
Are you able to right click on the account to change the settings?
I don’t use Outlook so hopefully we can work this out.
Which verson of Outlook are you using?
