What does this mean from ascfg? I am getting promt emails all the time from yahoo and now google to fix my accounts, which are getting on my nerves when they will not allow me to. Am I to be concerned of abuse or trouble? I mean how could I stop it anyway? Anthony
Yes, it looks just like that. The Home and Office Student I had to install myself on subscriptions, although I paid PC World to do the set up. I do have the subscription in my Microsoft account still. Would I be able to re-install it?, to solve the problem, although I know it was not straight forward the first time.
I have another problem now, there is a problem with my Google account asking me to fix. I've changed the password, got the 2-step verification set up, then after each fix, asking me to do it again and again, like my Yahoo account. Anthony

Office Home & Student doesn’t come with Outlook from what I can find out so Outlook may have been a separate program which has expired.
If you log on to your Microsoft account is there any Office subscription or something showing under ‘Subscriptions’?
No, I do not have ant file tab. When I got this computer in February only this year, Outlook app was already on my desktop with all the menus above with "Tools" etc., as my excel & word still have and use all the time. The others worked fine, but the outlook one kept saying I could not use until I activated that app. I tried everything to activate but could not, until it just turned into this, and you're right it changed into an outlook webmail and a browser which I never wanted. I've tried this morning restoring the app, but lost it, I've got it back as the webmail. Could you tell me how I can restore the original outlook back that came with the package, including Word/Excel/Powerpoint/OneNote & the Outlook, because it looks until I do, I can not fix the yahoo account. What I don't understand, it's been fine up to now fro August, when this app change finally took place as I se it. Sorry to go on, but I know you need all the facts, to be able to help me. Anthony
