MSFS 2020 will not connect to server

Some of us are talking about different problems here.

From what I can tell, there are at least two different server connections you need for this game to fully work.

1. MSFS multiplayer servers: Live traffic, airport activity, flying with friends. You can see what server you're connected to by clicking your name at the top right and looking at the ping. When this doesn't work, you see NO OTHER PLANES IN THE SKY. Currently support is very unhelpful about how to resolve this issue.
2. Xbox Live servers: Online status, Marketplace, etc. This is a separate connection, and issues are often solved by signing in and signing out. This doesn't fix #1!

Yes agreed,but the more people who have a connectivity problem of some sort will bring the matter too a greater urgentsy with ms staff too resolve the matter!

solved the problem.

Program install well. Ran well the first time. Second try it reloaded slow and did not completely load or run. I retapped icon to reload after Alt+F4, however I then received "program is running" but no video or picture shown. Need solution or instruction. By the way is their a customer service number.
