Hi,

i think the latest update has removed the CsEnabled option and additional power plans aren't available...

plz help with it..

This very thing happened to me exactly. If you read the entire thread apparently Microsoft did away with that.

MS PLEASE BRING BACK THE POWER OPTIONS my surface is useless now.

The CsEnabled not available anymore for windows 10 v2004 but you can still restore all the power plans and power settings: DOWNLOAD

There is no need to use a command prompt or registry editor and all you need to do is just click on the batch file then it is fixed.

POWER SCHEMES FOLDER:

Power Saver & High Performance ~ To import the original windows power plans.

Ultimate Performance ~ This power plan is only to be used on higher-end PCs.

Restore Profile ~ To clear and reset the original Windows Power Profile.

POWER SETTINGS FOLDER:

Default Enable ~ To automatically restore all windows standard power settings.

Advanced Enable ~ To automatically restore all windows expert power settings.

Settings Disable ~ To automatically remove all the windows power settings.

Troubleshooter ~ To fix problems with power settings and conserve battery life.

DEFAULT & ADVANCED OPTIONS:

To manually enable or disable your own power settings by clicking on the reg files.

DIAGNOSE TOOLS:

A collection of diagnostic windows system power tools for fault-finding the issues.

    I've been able to follow your instructions to the "tee". I still only show the "balance" plan ? I'm running

    Edition Windows 10 Home

    Version 21H1

    Installed on ‎4/‎5/‎2021

    OS build 19043.1165

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

    Any thoughts? The balance plan is really weak

    You may have a glitch in the registry power profile!?

    Try the Restore Profile file (Power Schemes folder) and Power Troubleshooter file (Power Settings folder) then restart Windows.

    Hope this resolves the issue...

    Myprevious post on page 2has the Windows official power schemes and CsEabled fix-only method that works!

    After reading all this and trying other solutions elsewhere, here's what worked for me on my Dell Optiplex, quite a simple solution really

    Reboot and enter BIOS using appropriate F key, then navigate to BIOS setup, Power management, and then untick Block Sleep (S3 state), save and exit. Voila, CSEnabled and sleep function restored.

    EDIT: Just found the other read me - no spaces in folder name. Gotcha!

    This looks like a potential solution for me. I have a HP ZBook with a core i7 10850 and a Quadro p2000 I think. So a decent laptop. But I can't utilise the full performance so it bugs me.

    I get these issues when trying your solution, any ideas? I'm fairly new to using these tools but I have in the past. No good at troubleshooting.

    Excuse my late reply as I don't often reply in the Microsoft community forum and the best way to reply is on my youtube video but anyway I've now updated Revolutions folder files so that you no longer need to enter the command in the prompt console and all you need to do is two-clicks on high-performance plan then it fixed and done also comes with power system diagnostic tools. I hope you find this helpful.     My previous post on page 2 has the Windows official power scheme files with the CsEabled fix and is the only method that actually works!

    The first solution doesn't change anything, its only another way to set standard settings....

    The second solution is not possible, because the "CsEabled" in the following registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power is missing

    The problem here is, that there are no additional power modifications available for example WLAN or Processor performance...

    Microsoft told me to reinstall Windows 10 Pro with a download from a cloud. It changed nothing.
