Yes, resolved. Bought a new computer.
AOL Mail sync with Windows 10
I've had an e-mail from AOL saying that from 20 October they are no longer supporting third party access such as Windows 10 as they may not be secure and to sign in directly via the web or their app.
I'm disappointed with this action as it means I don't have access on the Windows platform which I find is great and simple to use, so is there any way I can still continue to access my e-mails using Windows 10 after October or will they now be blocked.
Hope you can persuade AOL to change their minds.
Regards
Bryan Monkman

2020-12-16T19:19:18+00:00 I'm not sure if all those who have replied will read this but the problem is to do with the Microsoft update
KB4592438 sent this month. I've sent a message through the MS feedback hub yesterday so it's up to them. You can check on settings updates to confirm you have this update. These days it's all about getting things out before proper testing and checking is done which takes time and money!! It's not just MS look what happened to Google the other day and they haven't said what caused that yet!!
I've no idea how long this will take but it's a pretty poor job by MS. As you are suggesting temporary measures could be to access your email through your browser or copy paste and print docs using MS Word.
You could unistall the update though ther's no guarantee this would work or do a restore to an earlier date before the update. If anyone tries this let me know how you get on.
Don't cross-post your email problem which is probably linked to KB4592438 to this post, which has nothing to do with printing.
