So this issue just happened to me 2 days ago and still happening up to this day. Well i have done my research and i think it has something to do with Adobe Photoshop 2020 (which i downloaded from the official site a few days ago but i ended up uninstalling on the same day i installed it, because i prefer my old photo editor), then the next day the "assertion failed" issue appeared on my screen after logging in to my PC. This is what the error looks like (see attachment below) I hope any of you give me a step-by step procedure on how to fix this error. Thank You in Advance!

I see, what I know is that it's safe that's why it is recommended above the step to uninstall them first, but try reinstalling Microsoft Visual c++ with the given link above without uninstalling them first and if it prompts to uninstall first the current versions that you have in your laptop, then we could say it's okay to uninstall them. Make sure no applications running when you're doing these steps.

So i uninstalled and reinstalled the 2015-2019 visual c++ version (both x86 and x64)  and it was successful. Now i am looking for the link that has the 2010, 2012, and 2013 version. Do you have a download link for that?
