my pc keep crashing tried many solution nothing worked im still getting black screen/BSOD

hello

(before i say anything what u will read right here is the same on a thread i posted before and im doing new post bcs my problem didnt got fixed)

my pc is  still new a year and half now

but for a long time im getting alot BSOD

tried to  fix the issues  with many methodds nothing works i even opened one thread here about the problem and nothing worked for me

and the thing  that its happening to me its soo weird im having the weirdest PC ever

here is whats going on 

so i login  to my pc doing work playing games watching youtube etc...

everything fine then BOOM all of sudden my pc crashes and restart by its on

and then everything is fine im it didnt crash anymore

and then i restart my pc  or close it for different reason and then  when i use it everything is fine  then BOOM bsod and its restart and everything is fine after

and also sometimes when i get bsod

there  a precentge to collect information about the crash 

sometimes it went 100% and restart everything is fine

but sometimes its stays at 0% and then it restart BUT guess what happen i get black screen this msg i forgot what it said exactly but its something like this ( pls reboot insert a proper boot device ) something like that

but when i reboot by ctrl + alt + del to restart im having the same msg. so what i did i just turn off my pc by

the boot button wait couple of min then boot again and everything is fine again  i login i go do my work THEN BOOM  my pc crashes and restart by its own then it wont crash again incouple of days if i didnt close my pc

so  what i mean by all of this is

when my pc restart by it own there will be no another crashes for couple  of says then it will crash

but when i restart or close my pc annd open it  by my self and then the crashes happen again  until it restart on its own to work fine

and so what i do i just open my pc wait for it to crash and restart by its own and so i work fine without crashes and when im done i keep my pc open so i  dont have to open it by myself and crash all over again

and thats happen to me for long time i was battling with this **** 

i just dont know  **** is going on 

tried alot of **** nothing works

    im sorry greg but im struggling here

    my motherboard is from ASRock i went to their website to check the lastest update but i got lost there was alot of things.

    and how do i check my motherboard version?

    The step is to determine if you have the latest UEFI firmware from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page. Go there now to see what the latest available BIOS/UEFI update is.

    Then compare it with the one you presently have installed. To find this out you can check in System Information under BIOS Version.

    Then make sure all other drivers are up to date.

    hello Greg

    my drivers were updated before all of my nvidia drivers are up to date 

    but i cant follow  the first step on the BIOS/UEFI firmware i cant seems to understand it hope u clarify more

    Hi CB. II'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

    1. Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

    Then type System Information in Start Search, compare the latest BIOS/UEFI firmware version with the one showing in System Information, and install it following closely the instructions on the download page, and on any Read Me file included in download.

    Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

    Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 17 to test a new Local Admin account. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    1. If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now.     HP and Dell have hardware diagnostics triggered by tapping the ESC or F12 keys respectively as you power on.

    1. To troubleshoot the Bluescreen error, download, install and run BluescreenView from NirSoft here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.... which should pinpoint the faulting driver or software.
