my pc keep crashing tried many solution nothing worked im still getting black screen/BSOD

hello

(before i say anything what u will read right here is the same on a thread i posted before and im doing new post bcs my problem didnt got fixed)

my pc is  still new a year and half now

but for a long time im getting alot BSOD

tried to  fix the issues  with many methodds nothing works i even opened one thread here about the problem and nothing worked for me

and the thing  that its happening to me its soo weird im having the weirdest PC ever

here is whats going on 

so i login  to my pc doing work playing games watching youtube etc...

everything fine then BOOM all of sudden my pc crashes and restart by its on

and then everything is fine im it didnt crash anymore

and then i restart my pc  or close it for different reason and then  when i use it everything is fine  then BOOM bsod and its restart and everything is fine after

and also sometimes when i get bsod

there  a precentge to collect information about the crash 

sometimes it went 100% and restart everything is fine

but sometimes its stays at 0% and then it restart BUT guess what happen i get black screen this msg i forgot what it said exactly but its something like this ( pls reboot insert a proper boot device ) something like that

but when i reboot by ctrl + alt + del to restart im having the same msg. so what i did i just turn off my pc by

the boot button wait couple of min then boot again and everything is fine again  i login i go do my work THEN BOOM  my pc crashes and restart by its own then it wont crash again incouple of days if i didnt close my pc

so  what i mean by all of this is

when my pc restart by it own there will be no another crashes for couple  of says then it will crash

but when i restart or close my pc annd open it  by my self and then the crashes happen again  until it restart on its own to work fine

and so what i do i just open my pc wait for it to crash and restart by its own and so i work fine without crashes and when im done i keep my pc open so i  dont have to open it by myself and crash all over again

and thats happen to me for long time i was battling with this **** 

i just dont know  **** is going on 

tried alot of **** nothing works

    Yes, right click the Setup file to Run as Administrator, follow the prompts to install each driver.

    What second account are you referring to?

    hello greg apologies for late reply i was busy

    so im starting now to download the drivers 

    but there is licence about that maybe it will damage or something 

    when i download the drive from the web i get a zip file i unzip it and go into the file and find a setup option to install is that correct?

    so is it safe to process ?

    and greg kindly tell me im cerious 

    why do u use this 2nd account while u have the main one

    I would install them all except Norton Security. If you cannot check in Device Manager whether you have a newer driver installed, then it should tell you when you try to install it.

    no no i was talking about my gpu drivers

    idk about the motherboard tho

    and i still dont know how to compare it between the two

    im confused with that website

    idk there is alot of things idk what to choose

    and how to compare in the device manager what should i click and where can i find the lastest  driver in the motherboard

    apologies greg but bear with me 

    and im really glad u are taking ur time to help me

    bcs my pc right is unusable  everday and night im getting crashes

    The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough.

    Do you know for sure now that you have the latest motherboard drivers, by comparing the ones on the motherboard's Downloads page with what are installed in the Device Manager?

    If you have the latest drivers and BIOS, and you have completed everything else in my first post, then we need to see the Blue Screen crash report which you can collect and post back as shown here:
