I'm only saying cause something (likely the downgrade in BIOS) fixed mine and it's been working for over a month now or longer can't remember.
I'd rather try than yank out your motherboard and live without your PC for quite awhile.

Hi all,
My PC has been working fine before, but decided to act up today. Out of a sudden, my bluetooth is turned off, and there is no option to turn it back on. I tried reinstalling the drivers, remove, and repair, but it did not help.
The Bluetooth Adapter is still not showing up in my Device Manager, even when I select to show Hidden Devices.
Now I am stuck, unable to connect to my speakers, controllers, and keyboard. Gotta quickly find a wired keyboard just to type this. On a side note, WiFi is working fine too.
Mainboard is a Gigabyte Aorus B550i, installed both bluetooth drivers from Gigabyte and from Intel, didn't help. Bluetooth adapter is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200.
Please help :(

hello I did not understand your instructions regarding Question has a reply: Can't turn on Bluetooth, Bluetooth adapt disappeared both in Device Manager and the Hidden Devices in Device Manager the probleme is resolved and I apologize for this inconvenience
Yes my problem with the disappearing Bluetooth (Intel BT5 built in) that was not working is NOW working great! Been over a month of solid connections with it!
I can confirm going back to F4 appears to have fixed it for me (three weeks with no failures, vs daily failures previously). I did not change anything else at that time (trying to control the variables :) )
I've had the same problem, Bluetooth device was completely missing randomly after waking computer from sleep. Only shutdown + unplug brought it back.
Gigabyte support was of no use. Not a single useful advice.
I've decided to contact Intel support (I wasn't sure if it is bios/hw/driver issue).
They recommended to use Gigabyte drivers because they should be customized to the way Gigabyte integrated the adapter. Intel drivers are generic ones and may be not compatible.
So I've uninstalled Intel drivers and installed drivers from Gigabyte.
And the problem is gone.
Bluetooth device seems to be now always present after wake-up.
