Hi, I have the same mainboard (B550 Aorus Master) and dajoro's solution also solved my issue
Can't turn on Bluetooth, Bluetooth adapter disappeared both in Device Manager and the Hidden Devices in Device Manager

Hi all,
My PC has been working fine before, but decided to act up today. Out of a sudden, my bluetooth is turned off, and there is no option to turn it back on. I tried reinstalling the drivers, remove, and repair, but it did not help.
The Bluetooth Adapter is still not showing up in my Device Manager, even when I select to show Hidden Devices.
Now I am stuck, unable to connect to my speakers, controllers, and keyboard. Gotta quickly find a wired keyboard just to type this. On a side note, WiFi is working fine too.
Mainboard is a Gigabyte Aorus B550i, installed both bluetooth drivers from Gigabyte and from Intel, didn't help. Bluetooth adapter is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200.
Please help :(

2021-03-29T21:23:44+00:00 Yea no doubt, annoying as anything not having Bluetooth and using a Bluetooth PS4 controller or Xbox one on a PC. Like I said I'm still on F2 and am NOT going to go any higher on the BIOS because there's no need to!

2021-03-29T18:05:36+00:00 oh my god thank you so much this finally fixed it after nothing else worked. I have a Mini ITX motherboard with bluetooth built in. It's specifically the Asrock b550. Finally I can use my controllers again!
