Hi all,
My PC has been working fine before, but decided to act up today. Out of a sudden, my bluetooth is turned off, and there is no option to turn it back on. I tried reinstalling the drivers, remove, and repair, but it did not help.
The Bluetooth Adapter is still not showing up in my Device Manager, even when I select to show Hidden Devices.
Now I am stuck, unable to connect to my speakers, controllers, and keyboard. Gotta quickly find a wired keyboard just to type this. On a side note, WiFi is working fine too.
Mainboard is a Gigabyte Aorus B550i, installed both bluetooth drivers from Gigabyte and from Intel, didn't help. Bluetooth adapter is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200.
Please help :(

Seems to be a motherboard issue. I temporarily fixed mine by the following:
For me, this reliably restores the Bluetooth device and Windows can then turn Bluetooth on/off and the device appears in Device Manager.

If the BT module isn’t showing under hidden devices & there is no switch or key which disables Bluetooth/WiFi then it’s most likely the module has failed. If this is the case then you’d need a Bluetooth USB dongle to return the functionality.
Have you restarted the PC?
Is fast startup enabled? If so try disabling it & then restarting the PC.

I'm running Windows 10 2004.
I've tried the Services and set the Bluetooth Support Service to Automatic, I also restarted the service but to no avail.
Even after scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager, Bluetooth adapter doesn't show up still, like I completely don't see the Bluetooth sub-menu at all, even after selecting Show Hidden Devices :(

Which Windows 10 build are you running - 1903, 1909 or 2004?
Was there any Windows or driver updates before the loss of Bluetooth?
Is there a physical switch or key on the keyboard which disables WiFi & Bluetooth?
If your Bluetooth is disabled then do the following to enable it.
Uninstall the device from device manager and restart bluetooth service.
Start > services.msc
Right-click "Bluetooth Support Service."
Choose Automatic.
Go to device manager and right-click on your computer name and click "Scan for hardware changes"
Install the bluetooth device drivers from the manufacturer's website, if any.
