When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

I deactivated my firewall. With the antivirus Bit Defender. Since then, the request has not come back. With the disc and can download the game.

Bit Defender firewall is definitely an issue, switching off it's firewall solved my problem as well. Thanks!
Glad it all worked for you guys, i spent ages trying to fathom out why it would do this, and keep asking for the disc, so in the end i thought sod it and contacted Microsoft, where i found a very helpful Agent that helped find out the course of why it should ask for a disc. I was very pleased that the information i have passed on to the community has helped you all resove the incert Disc problem. Happy Flying everyone.
Deactivate the firewall or protection didn't work. I guess a refund is inevitable!
Before you do that try deleating the files from the Following, Type in Run in Search bar, then Temp, delete all files, then type in Run again and type %temp% and delete all files, then finally go to Run again and type in prefetch, and delete all files there. Restart computer, once restarted make sure Security Suite is off if it not Microsoft Defender, if it is Defender then it is not Necessary to turn any of it off, if that makes sence, just 3rd party Security Suits. The game will then Work. Hope this resolves the problem for you. Whilst doing this you may find that it will ask you to Skip file, if that is the case then just Skip the files but delete the rest.
