Flight simulator please insert disc???

When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

    Hi All, i have had the same problem as most of you where once Flight simulator Digital version in installed, and you go back to it, it would ask you for a dissk, if this is the problem you are getting then i have the answer for you all. i spoke to a Microsoft advisor who took access to my computer, and the reason behind this is if you have a Securtiy suite such as Norton, Bitdefender Bullguard ect, the game does not seem to lik these as it is based around Microsoft defendr. So all they did was to shut down the 2nd party Security suit when playing game and it works fine. Hope this resolves it for you all.

    Please HELP, I followed the instructions for the 10 DVD installation, and get the Please Insert Game Disk ERROR.

    Uninstall "Digital Ownership File"... what is it actually called and where do I find it?

    It is not in my apps, of Program files???

    Not quite sure on the Disck version mate as i own the Digital version, my problem was that it was asking for a disk when i dont have one, i just Contacted Microsoft via the microsoft assistance app and they rang me back and a tech advisor had control of my computer, as soon as he saw i had a 2nd party security suit this was what was causing the problem. So i would contact Microsoft on the windows store app Microsoft assist and they will help you. Hope that helpful to you and good luck

    For the 10 dvd version its mendatory to insert the disk 1 for each launch!

    you can create an iso from your disk and use the iso instead. 

    it was confirmed by the editor that for the physical version its mendatory to insert the disk each time...

    That's a bit rubbish, its linked to your Microsoft account for security...

    Makes no sense to me 😔
