When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

I own the disk version and get that error, ridiculous.

A also own the disc version of the Platinum Deluxe edition. I have reinstalled the game 3 times now and still keep getting the same problem when I try to play the game " please load the disk"
I just get "This file is no longer available"....?

I have tried the link you suggested in your reply to Rob-H-C but all I get is
This item might not exist or is no longer available.
Thanks to all for all the help and tips received. I finally got the sim to work fine by now, after a gazillion of tweaks here and there. I just hope I will get accustomed to it as much as flying for real or at least just as much as I was accustomed to and proficient with fsx.
