I had this problem while trying to start the game with Game Pass. The fix for me was to make sure my Xbox account was linked to my Xbox app. I had my Microsoft account linked and that was making the game think I didn't own it.

When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.
