Flight simulator please insert disc???

When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

    I managed to make contact with a live agent. He has talked me through a Windows 10 upgrade to the latest version. You can find it in Windows update. Not the same as just running Windows update. Took about an hour for that to take place on my computer. Also did an app reset. Got past the insert the disk screen to a settings screen.   I adjusted a couple of the settings and pressed the next button and now it seems to be frozen.  Maybe installing a bunch of files not sure, giving some time. 

    Dont panic yet.  My upload started 5 hours ago and I have the fastest connection.  Still got another couple of hours to go.

    The problem is with trying to install the digital ownership. That's the bit that fails.

    Great, thanks so much. I've just put in my request for a refund. Fingers crossed it comes through, I think I'll wait until I get it before spending any more money. Enjoy the sim!

    Log in to your Microsoft account then click on order history. You will see an option that says order help click that. A box will pop up at the bottom it will say contact us. Click contact us. A virtual assistant should pop up and then type live person, select talk to Human and then select windows then select PC gaming or Xbox app then it will give you an option for a call back into your phone number and wait for the call.
