When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

I was having the same issue and I went and disabled the Firewall and it worked (I disabled it in Bitdefender), it's downloading the complete game right now. So this seems to be an issue in the Firewall, I will check it later to find out what exactly is the issue there. Can't wait to play. Let me know if this also fixed your issue.

Do what i did then Mate and go on the microsoft Assistant app, they will call you back, and a Microsoft Tech bloke will sort it for you, as long as you have Windows 10 there is no charge for this, i am pretty sure they will sort it out for you, i have not had an issue since starts up every time

Before you do that try deleating the files from the Following, Type in Run in Search bar, then Temp, delete all files, then type in Run again and type %temp% and delete all files, then finally go to Run again and type in prefetch, and delete all files there. Restart computer, once restarted make sure Security Suite is off if it not Microsoft Defender, if it is Defender then it is not Necessary to turn any of it off, if that makes sence, just 3rd party Security Suits. The game will then Work. Hope this resolves the problem for you. Whilst doing this you may find that it will ask you to Skip file, if that is the case then just Skip the files but delete the rest.
Deactivate the firewall or protection didn't work. I guess a refund is inevitable!
