Flight simulator please insert disc???

9-24-2020 Set the time and time zone to be automatically sync. That solved my issue 

This is a problem that microsoft should solve. There has been no problem before. Last time I was out playing there was an update.

After this came please insert disk.

I have not made any settings in the software.

If it does not work out soon, you can delete my use of flightsim and send money back.

That's pretty much the conclusion which I decided a day or so again. As much as I was enjoying the simulator even with all it's bugs and clinches it was still fun.  It's nothing less than a magnificent accomplishment up to this point. However, that "crash" after the second mandatory patch was simply more than I am capable of handling. Even though I thought I could make it work again, but soon realized I was out of options after four frustrating days. That's in spite of all the help I received from the sim community and even the MSFS team. I don't want a refund now, I'll just wait until I hear when we can simply and easily reinstall the program again. Give them the credit for what they have already accomplished and I have full faith in the MSFS team for the future. I'm out.

The two previous times I turned off BitDefender firewall to load a program that wasn't approved by Microsoft, Microsoft prevented me from turning on windows 10. Really appreciated your advise. Stay well, Richard Z.

Using the ISO file and getting the update resolved the start=up issues.  Thank you so much.

I downloaded the ISO file and it shows up on "This PC under Devises and drives (2)" Is that where it should be? Thanks a million Ralph F.
