When I start up the game it tells me to press any button to start. I press a button and then it tells me to insert the disk and press continue. I don't have a disk because I purchased the premium Deluxe Edition online it's bought-and-paid-for it says the game is installed but everytime I press continue it just pops up again please insert disc.

Indeed, this is stupid.. especially when disk doesnt event have any securitity - given that iso's work.
Maybe we can get a petition going with objective reasoning why this should be removed, I think this battle is possible to win.
When i bought this copy, i mostly wanted the book, never do i expected to use disk it self. And my old dusty dvd reader is no longer working just from sitting and doing nothing :(
I figured it out, in my case the problem was BitDefender firewall. As soon as I turned it off, no more asking for disk and it just installed. Works now.
For the 10 dvd version its mendatory to insert the disk 1 for each launch!
you can create an iso from your disk and use the iso instead.
it was confirmed by the editor that for the physical version its mendatory to insert the disk each time...
That's a bit rubbish, its linked to your Microsoft account for security...

Not quite sure on the Disck version mate as i own the Digital version, my problem was that it was asking for a disk when i dont have one, i just Contacted Microsoft via the microsoft assistance app and they rang me back and a tech advisor had control of my computer, as soon as he saw i had a 2nd party security suit this was what was causing the problem. So i would contact Microsoft on the windows store app Microsoft assist and they will help you. Hope that helpful to you and good luck
