Flight Simulator 2020 PC code edition is asking for start DVD despite of digital owner installed

Hello,

I ordered and installed the FS 2020 version with the PC code.

After FS 2020 I installed the digital owner add-on (can be only installed afterwards).

But when I start the FS 2020 then a screen is appearing to ask for a disk that I don't have.

What can I do to get it started?

    Hi Dirk,

    I bought and downloaded MSF2020 Saturday night. Played it then and most of day on Sunday. Went back to play an hour later and it asked to insert disc to continue. I have done all the suggested fixes found, and still can not get to work. I am using an ethernet cable, have downloaded digital ownership file, my clock date...time..and time zone is correct. I use Sophos as my internet protection. 

    Why could I play all that time and then all of a sudden can`t??

    Frustrated but somewhat patient.

    Hi,

    This worked for me with the issue of asking for a disk...you must be signed into your Microsoft account.  I logged in and it worked with no issues.  Hope this helps.
