Flight Sim 2020 keeps crashing even with the a beast of a PC and Video card?

Im glad i tried it on xbox game pass first before actually buying it!

I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

Hello.   Like everyone else I am having the same issue. 

I just got this new pc. Everything is updated. 32GB of ram.  ... m17 r3.   Its not the PC...  

I keep getting stuck on the beginning of downloading the 'set your experience' page.  

It just crashes every time. 

Anyone know if there is a number we can call ?

I have a brand new PC with the ideal set up recommended by Microsoft with a 450 Gb drive and it crashes my PC the second I load a flight no matter what graphics setting I select. I am very, very frustrated.

Yh got same issue the game runs well! Until it crashes to desktop. So annoying!

Mine doesn't crash out to desktop. It actually makes the screen go blank and then immediately restarts the PC. I'm trying a delete and re install of the software but its a pain because it takes over 4 hours to download!.  Just a completely rubbish way of installing a game for it then to have these issues that you cant even play it. This is proving to be the biggest foul up ever by MS.

Went to the NVIDIA site and checked on drivers.  It was difficult to tell as the version numbers had a different format, but the NVIDIA driver seemed newer, so I downloaded it and installed it.

As a result the game doesn't crash anymore.

Hopefully that continues working for you. The only thing the new driver did for me was make the performance a bit lower. On occasion before a crash my GPU will show the same but also at the same time is when my pagefile use turns red and goes to ~50GB filling the drive then crashing. My GPU apparently has nothing to do during the last half a second while it's freaking oit flooding the out over filling the pagefile. Hopefully your problem was different and you are good to go.
