I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

Most disapointed

It was my CPU!!!!     My brand new high-end gaming computer would lock-up at random -5- 45 minutes into flight, freezing the video and emitting a buzz or hum. Nothing but a hard boot would allow it to leave that state,  15-20 hours of trying absolutely every suggestion on all these sites (reloading and updating drivers, checking, changing all kinds of settings, even  fresh install of windows (even though it's a new computer with Nothing else on it)  I finally took it to tech guys and it failed the bench tests.

Weeks of thinking it was anything/everything else. They honored the warrantee, I got a new computer, one install, update drivers, and NO settings changes and it works flawlessly.

I just bought a nearly £2000 ASUS ROG gaming laptop, i9-9880H, 32GB RAM, RTX 2070 8GB from Amazon for this game and it runs like total horse s*** with graphics on medium/low. I’m returning it and getting a Series X and I’ll wait and see if they can get it to run on that. I can’t believe how much it stutters and crashes even after the patch updates with everything on the laptop fully updated. I really thought an i9 processor would run this game smoothly... I was wrong, should’ve believed the comments from people saying it was a total bug-fest!

    EDIT: 26/09/2020

Actually running very smoothly now since I updated the Nvidia GeForce Driver to version 840M 26.21.14.4253, if that helps anyone! I’m not tech savvy but make sure absolutely everything on your PC is updated and you should be fine. Now I’m enjoying high graphics and FPS over NYC!

I can help you, I think. I had this problem earlier with several games, and fixed that by replacing PSU with one having 1000watt.

For all others: My problem is that FS2020 keeps crashing over New York when starting at Empire Building or nearby. When starting in Europe or any other region I can fly for hours.

Complete new installation on other hard drive did not fix it. Crash to desktop.

I build Enthusiast PC's for a living, but the only game I play is MS FS, having bought legit copies for several decades I must say I'm extremely dissapointed in the after-care of being a huge Microsoft customer for so long. I can verify these issues I am having the same on a binned 9700kf 32gb of binned G-Skill 4266mhz XMP ram, a 400$ board, and 2 top binned EVGA 1080ti FTW 3 all in a custom overkill loop and even secure erased my samsung 256gb NVME drive just for this game. I have tried downclocking to 3.6ghz with no Turbo, no XMP so 2133mhz on 300$ of ram run GPUS stock, same problem. I paid for premium deluxe version which for 120$USD I got what extra?? I watched it chomp through 20gb of RAM like a sandwich bc it recommended I use ultra settings on install and i went down to high same problem, just now looks like ....t. I also used PayPal so i have been hoping to get another update to fix this but im pretty aggro. I know all about systems, even hand picked this one to use for the game and i will not increase my page file thats absurd with nothing else running really and 32gb of ram over 150gb of NVME space, normally i solve problems but now i am at a standstill. It plays. sometimes, yet not one helicopter and all keyboard, joystick functions or commands are different.. If they fix the crashing issue in the next two weeks ill consider keeping it, otherwise i will ask PayPal to step in and get a refund. Ridiculousness at its finest for paid software. Im not going to slam MS with bad reviews everywhere but i am dissappointed and ill pass on talking to MS tech support or anybody from MS to get a refund, id rather play in traffic then to squeeze a penny from them or attempt to.. Dissapointing understatement, I dont need the extra stupid airports ill never use or fly planes that should already be there for double the money... b...s...
