I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

Most disapointed

Here's one for ya. I just upgraded from an intel pentium g4560 to a Ryzen 7 3700x--meaning I also swapped motherboards. Though I have gotten the game to run continuously once, I for some unknown reason can barely get the game to get past the message saying i dont meet the minimum requirements (Yeah, Ive got a gtx 1050; cant afford a new card yet). HOWEVER, the game would launch and even get to the world FINE on the OLD HARDWARE. Ive no idea what the heck to do. Ive already had to reinstall the game installer about 9 times, and i dont wanna sit through downloading 100GB again.

    Your'e lucky Sayeed!

    I'm still having problems.

I read somewhere that with the update it's best to reinstall, but you could "reset".

So I reset and it started to download from scratch.

Unfortunately it hung up while downloading (hardware reset required).

So now I don't even have it on my computer any more.

I have asked for an automatic 14-day refund, but Microsoft count the 14 days as starting from the date of pre-order and not from the date of launch, which in my opinion is completely wrong legally.  I have pointed out to them that in any case if a customer purchases a product which does not work, then the purchaser normally is entitled to their money back.

For me I finally found the problem: I stopped using bluetooth mouse and keyboard and used wired. Since then no more random crashes...
