I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

Most disapointed

    Hi Roberto

Is this even with MSFS 2020 update 1.9.3 published on 29 Sept?

    Hello there,

I am having the same issue.. it crashes very often. Sometimes it crashes when I try to open the Map while flying in cockpit view from this drop down menu. But sometimes it crashes just randomly, after one minute or after taking off from Tokyo Haneda or Berlin Tegel. I have an Intel i7 7700K, 32 GB RAM, RTX 2080 Ti.. with high graphic settings and ultra it crashes. Didn't try other settings now.

Having the same issue.  Cant even install.   Keeps crashing on the installation of the 110 Gig update to use the game  Have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core, 16 G Ram, and Radeon RX580 with 8 G VRAM.   Ran through all the hoops.  No dice.  starting to really get me upset.

It was my CPU!!!!     My brand new high-end gaming computer would lock-up at random -5- 45 minutes into flight, freezing the video and emitting a buzz or hum. Nothing but a hard boot would allow it to leave that state,  15-20 hours of trying absolutely every suggestion on all these sites (reloading and updating drivers, checking, changing all kinds of settings, even  fresh install of windows (even though it's a new computer with Nothing else on it)  I finally took it to tech guys and it failed the bench tests.

Weeks of thinking it was anything/everything else. They honored the warrantee, I got a new computer, one install, update drivers, and NO settings changes and it works flawlessly.

I just bought a nearly £2000 ASUS ROG gaming laptop, i9-9880H, 32GB RAM, RTX 2070 8GB from Amazon for this game and it runs like total horse s*** with graphics on medium/low. I’m returning it and getting a Series X and I’ll wait and see if they can get it to run on that. I can’t believe how much it stutters and crashes even after the patch updates with everything on the laptop fully updated. I really thought an i9 processor would run this game smoothly... I was wrong, should’ve believed the comments from people saying it was a total bug-fest!

    EDIT: 26/09/2020

Actually running very smoothly now since I updated the Nvidia GeForce Driver to version 840M 26.21.14.4253, if that helps anyone! I’m not tech savvy but make sure absolutely everything on your PC is updated and you should be fine. Now I’m enjoying high graphics and FPS over NYC!
