I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

Most disapointed

Agree entirely. Fortunately I cancelled my new joystick and I am currently in dispute with MS through the European Union's dispute process to get my money back.

Hi using a different account but i posted originally under “floopykins” id like to add that i cleared space on my m.2 ssd (about 19 gb) i then changed my virtual memory back to system managed/manage for all drives and i then changed multiplayer options in game to group only and ive been able to run the game on medium setting and complete a few flight from take off to landing with an occasional crash caused by streaming on discord so everyone with this issue please try this and postnif it worked clearly no one online has figured this out but this could be just for me

Funny thing after i figured it out i flew an airbus from seattle to salt lake city with AP engaged but fell asleep 20 mins into the flight (it was 2am so im not suprised) i woke up 3 hours later and was somewhere over utah and calorado so that was pretty funny and no crash!

Over the last days I have at last been able to do some flying without lots of systems crashes. I sadly had to dial the graphics back to low-end and set the FPS to 20. That seems to allow me to fly short flights, even 2-3 before a crash. Its far from ideal and like many, I purchased it to enjoy the high-end graphics. I have requested my money back from MS, but was told I was outside the 14-days allowed for a refund, so I have registered a dispute case against MS through the European Union's dispute procedures as this game is not fit for purpose.

Hi Bryan, there are plenty of us in a similar situation with no fix in sight. Very frustration and disappointing
