Flight Sim 2020 keeps crashing even with the a beast of a PC and Video card?

I have a i9 5.Ghz with 32Gb Ram, Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia RTX2080Ti and even when I put the graphics on low as recommended with Nvidia Experience the game crashes with error  Critical Process Died!

I have benched my video card and all Games run perfect and high settings and never crash.

Understanding that this game has to render many objects in any given scene which is understandable however when I cannot run even at a low settings is not exceptable please get me touch of support to get a refund of this game please. I purchased the most expensive opition.

    I am also having a huge problem and my specs IMO are good. 

    -i7-8700k

    -EVGA geforce 2070 super

    -32gb ram 

    I can fly, but for a limited time. The tutorials i had no problem (for the most part)

    When i choose a destination to travel to on my own, i usually crash about 5-10 min in. (Any place that tends to have a lot of houses/trees)

    Whats odd is the game runs great while its working, then itll start to stutter and freeze up then it crashes.

    I have it through game pass but on my PC, so its not a huge loss for me, but i feel for others who paid for this game. I dont have any problem with any other games but this one. Granted i know the game takes a lot to run, but shouldnt be this unplayable. Would love to support the game if it was playable.

    If i uninstall, reset, and reinstall the simulator, will i lose all of my simulator graphics and control settings as well as my flights in my log book?

    Try restarting your pc, update the driver cause my driver have a update only for MFS2020 and after I update it, I just reinstall the game and it work and only crash once for me I play in high end setting.

    At first, I have the very same problem but when u reinstall the game after updating my pc and the driver, it seem to be working smoother now but still crash here and there.
