OTC updater problem

when i try to update the windows 10 for Lumia 532  using  OtcUpdater 8.2.1.0 after few minutes getting the error as follows " An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://fe2.update.microsoft.com/v6/ClientWebService/client.asmx. T "

please help me to recertify the my problem

    A readme file came with the OTC updater download.

    Read this file and comply with the requirements for running the updater.

    If OTC continues to fail, there is an unofficial solution called the Semi-Offline Update Project.

    Carefully follow the steps and it should allow your Windows 8 phone to update to Windows 10 without erasing your apps and data.

    This is a third-party method that's unsupported by Microsoft so obviously use at your own risk.

    My Lumia 640 with Windows 8.1 was unable to upgrade with OTC but successfully upgraded to Windows 10 with this tool.  After that, I was able to receive normal Windows 10 upgrades up to version 1703, the final update for my phone.

    OTC is 100% down currently. Hoping there is a way to get the server back up that hosts the files.
