    This is crazy.  I believe it's been a month, if not longer, since I've been able to run the game.

    Longer for me.  Ive bought a new SSD and new fresh install of Windows and still had the same issue.  Its a very widespread issue sadly.

    So the 1.9.5.0 hotfix was released today and still unable to download the game.  Is Microsoft even acknowledging that this issue still exists for a lot of the people who bought the game?  Seems like they don't care.
