Nothing has been done and nothing will be done. They got my money and I cam't even refund not through MS nor VISA. Dead end. 7 months, still no fix.
Amazing. I will never ever buy anything beariing MS logo.

Have tried 5 times to download (many hours - no many days!). You cannot get any useful assistance. Microsoft Store is useless -they think it is suspicious account activity and keep suspending me. Will join you in never trusting MS again.

2021-08-02T20:35:41+00:00 I had FS 2020 working since I bought and installed in October last year. The latest updates wouldn't automatically applied so I naively uninstalled with the intention of reinstalling now it when I press Install from the App Store the Install Button disappears for a few seconds and then reappears and nothing happens. Resetting Store, logging out, restarting all the tips over and over again and it won't even download to install. Why so completed? Now I'm worried I won't be able to get something that was working to ever work again.

2021-08-02T21:02:01+00:00 Hang on in there - so many people are complaining they must surely do something about it. I am giving up for the time being rather than wasting even more time - I'll try again next week! There are some helpful You Tube videos but nothing from MS Store - I don't suppose they care now they have our money. Good Luck.
