I cant even download over 5.84MiB, fails on fs-base-ai-traffic-0.1.45.fspackage mere minutes into downloading.  Worked just fine on launch day.

I finally figured it out.............after months of exasperation. I found it through many searches. It all lies somewhere embedded on you C drive..........Cache.....caches should be more than 8 gb. Too small. The file is named......ROLLINGCACHE.CCC......RENAME THIS FILE TO ROLLINGCACHE.CCC.old.....then move it to a new folder on C:.  The file can be found in your

    C:\Users\”username”\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe

Once your back in the game go to your data page from the General tab in flightsim and relocate the cache to a different drive and increase to maybe 50gb.

Note: If the system starts to loop again repeat as above and Redo this again because it doesn’t take much to see that rolling cache reach its limit to 8gb. Wish you all the best. Keep on flying.

Don’t worry about renameing again and again and moving it out of the folder. Its like that corn husk stuck in between your teeth. You’re always fighting to get it out.

oh one thing use an ethernet cable.
