I do not, what I have done recently, in order to download and install with no issues:
- Updated my PC to the latest WIN10 version 20H2 including all other updates. I also updated my laptop to this version of WIN10 and the performance improvement was noted vs the previous version.
- Made sure all of my drivers on my PC were up to date and they were.
- Disabled any additional services that the PC may normally have active but may not be needed during this special ridiculous accomplishment attempt......
The entire download from the time i selected "Pay", it took 6.5 to 7Hrs. The first 2Gb took 7min, the remainder of the 160Gb+ took 6hrs. It seems from what where reading, MS does cap the download speed 40 to 60Mbps download. (PS, My download speed at my location is 220+ Mbps... hence the first 2Gb...)
I hope this helps, keep in mind, people have also expressed that they had downloaded this sim in August, some, today, indicate it no longer works... so we shall see.
