I am running on Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 2004, OS Build 19041.264.
I recently changed to the Windows Insider Program and updated Windows. In the taskbar, the Wi-Fi icon shows No Internet Access, but I have a stable internet connection wirelessly (Ex: I can browse the internet, ping IP Addresses, etc.). Another problem is when I try to open Cortana it also says that I have no internet connection (By the way, I can also open Microsoft's website).
As I know Windows checks internet connectivity with this URL: http://msftconnecttest.com/connecttest.txt. But this gives Error 404, File Not Found. Maybe it is because of this?
If you know the problem or an answer, please help. Thanks!

Only solution which is working for me 100% for at least a month is to enable WiFi connection allong side Ethernet LAN (to the same router). But that might be something which for some reason works only in my LAN enviroment. Sorry to not be so helpfull :(.
One thing which is certain and might have something to do with this problem is that my ISP is redirecting DNS messages (going to port 53) to his internal DNS. And I have some countermesures for that :). (DNSCrypt)
I can fix this problem with a full reboot, but I don't expect it will last. I will time how long it takes for the globe icon to come back again.
Right now, after a full reboot, there is no globe icon, and Win Ten thinks there is internet access, so we'll wait and see.
I expect that to change in about two to three days.
One day.
Globe is back now after about 24 hours.
