I am running on Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 2004, OS Build 19041.264.
I recently changed to the Windows Insider Program and updated Windows. In the taskbar, the Wi-Fi icon shows No Internet Access, but I have a stable internet connection wirelessly (Ex: I can browse the internet, ping IP Addresses, etc.). Another problem is when I try to open Cortana it also says that I have no internet connection (By the way, I can also open Microsoft's website).
As I know Windows checks internet connectivity with this URL: http://msftconnecttest.com/connecttest.txt. But this gives Error 404, File Not Found. Maybe it is because of this?
If you know the problem or an answer, please help. Thanks!

I just came across this article and I have the same problem with my connection. I did notice that whiled I am connected via wi-fi and the status shows no internet access, if I plug in a network cable for an ethernet connection and leave the wi-fi on the false reporting goes away. Hmmm, I wonder if Microsoft Engineers are reading this thread.
I tried everything mentioned in this thread without any consistent success.
And then the issue was resolved when I changed DNS server address to Google's one (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4). I know it is surprisingly simple solution but it seems that certain ISPs also block the Windows connection probing.
Yes. I also experienced the problem. and I just change the DNS settings to Obtain DNS Address Automatically. and the problem is resolved. on Windows 10 May 2020 Update.
