for me i did not get it back , did you get that ? and plus 20h2 seems little buggy , my settings app keeps on getting crashed

2020-10-30T13:42:53+00:00 Yeah, early days for the banner it could be back (or gone) after another update or two, there was an update (bug fixes) for both 2004 and 20H2 yesterday I've put a link to the YouTube video of a channel I follow
